When your merchandise arrives immediately inspect the package. If the
package is visibly damaged, do not accept it. If the carrier has left the
location of delivery, please create an RMA request within 24 hours of delivery
by following the directions below.

eligible for either an exchange for other merchandise or a gift certificate.

Directions to create an RMA Request
1. Go to My Account and log in. If you do not have an account, please
create an account.
2. Go to Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the Add New RMA
button, and follow the directions to Create New RMA.
3. Please do not ship the item(s) back to us until you have received our
email with further instructions and an RMA number.
Returning Your Item - Please repack the merchandise in its original
packaging materials. Include the original packing slip or a copy of the invoice
in the return package. Write the RMA number in bold print on the outside of the
package. Insure the package with the shipping carrier and retain the shippers
tracking information.
Refunds - Once your returned item is received, processed and a refund is
authorized, please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your
credit card statement. Refunds on shipping costs are credited only when an item
is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from the buyers or
users misuse of the product, negligence, failure to follow instructions noted
in the owners manual, use on current or voltage other than that stamped on the
product, wear and tear, alterations or repair not authorized by gotitforu.com,
use for commercial purposes, or damage from natural disasters. There is also no
warranty for parts lost by the user.
Clearance items - are not eligible for a replacement, exchange for other
merchandise, refund or gift certificate.
